With a flair of Asian, Chef Hasni took on a little more challenge in incorporating french techniques and global american ingredients to achieve a balance in the kitchen.

Our steaks are season only with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kosher Salt and Cracked Black Pepper, and oh yeah.... one more ingredient that is native to New England (which we won't reveal)
